I came across this article in Tablet Magazine about the increasing number of Mexicans who have chosen to convert to Judaism in the small community of San Miguel de Allende. The rabbi who has assisted many of them is Rabbi Juan Mejia. I have heard repeatedly that it is quite difficult to find rabbis who will perform conversions in Mexico. For people in Mexico, maybe this is a useful resource.
